Our assets
The people at AnaSys have all spent quite a few years programming,
evaluating, supporting and trouble-shooting banking software. At
times we have been surprised at how the obvious has been overlooked
or at the lack of enthusiasm in creating and maintaining applications.
We have also at times been the persons looking for support and
not getting it. The foundation of AnaSys was and is deeply rooted
in the belief that it pays to give good service.
We strive hard to understand the business needs as well as the
newest technology. We are amused to see our ideas being copied.
Our history, our credo, our future...
AnaSys was founded in 1989 by Elisabeth Lehmann and in the beginning
offered mainly banking and software consulting in mainframe environments.
A few years later, Markus Ulmer (background in Unix and Windows)
joined the company and the emphasis was shifted more and more towards
developing off-the-shelf interface products.
First the PC revolution and then the Internet revolution have
radically changed the way people work with software and we feel
priviledged to be developers in such exciting times. We are constantly
learning and eager to adapt and constantly improve on our products.

"We are passionate about good software."
Elisabeth Lehmann, Founder/CEO AnaSys AG
..and so, we assume, are our users. You can rest assured
that good software comes first and good service right after
it at AnaSys.
What we consider good software starts with the concept: message
formatting, communication protocols, security protocols need
to be lean, efficient and most of all should never interfere
with each other.
Although we really would like to be perfect, we are realistic
enough to understand that errors do happen. So, if a new message
type has not been implemented 100% correctly your communications
should not collapse and definitely not pull down all branches
of your bank which happen to go over the same link.
Also, you probably think that if information is present in
the system, then you should be able to make use of it for
searching, reporting, etc.
Simple and logical, isn't it? Still, you will see a lot of
products (market leaders) where issues such as these have
not been handled. |
