MessageManager Webclient

The Webclient is the universal interface for all MessageManager tasks, such as message handling, configuration, monitoring, administration of users, routing settings, etc. - for all available applications (SWIFT, SIC, euroSIC, SECOM). No local installation needed, only a web-server.

Message Handling

  • Manual Data Entry
We have gone to great lengths to ensure that manual data entry is not only intuitive but also provides all necessary lookup-functions directly - e.g. lookup of code words, BICs, currencies and display of the relevant message definition directly from the user handbook.
  • 2-, 4-, 6-eyes Principle
Message handling can be dynamically set up to require additional authentication/validation (so-called 2-, 4- or 6-eyes principle), depending on message content and user profile.
  • Message Repair
Messages which are rejected by a user, or by validation or by the network (NAKs), can be repaired by users with the appropriate profile.
  • Template Creation
Message templates for typical, recurring business cases can easily be created.
  • Research, Online and Archive
Filtering, sorting by keywords and by free text is possible in the active online database as well as in the archives.
  • Relationship Management (RMA)
SWIFT relationship management (RMA) and tracking, export/import of RMA-files for backup is supported.

Monitoring

  • Message Status
Messages can be filtered/monitored by status.
  • Message Progress
An overview screen shows the current number of messages per status, so that progress can be monitored.
  • Component Status
An overview screen shows the status of all components (as well as event-logging and automated alarm generation).

Administration

  • User Profiles
Users can be enabled for multiple applications (single login), and per application for multiple functions, such as message creation, message release, etc. and be given roles, such as operator, administrator, etc.
  • Routing
Message routing can be set up for incoming and outgoing messages, e.g. copies to printer, prioritisation, delivery to endpoints, etc.
  • Configuration
Multi-bank configuration is possible (completely separated databases), as well as dynamic addition/removal of application components, company logos, etc.
